Reader Response 1: Huck Finn (1 - 6)

There was a mulatter most white as a white man.He had the whitest shirt on you ever see, too, and the shiniest hat and there a man in that town that's got as fine clothes as what he had. He had a gold watch and chian and a silver-heahed cane the awfulest old gray-headed nabobin the state. (Ch VI pg20 par 2)

I think that this have to do with racism because. His father think that just because he is black that he could not have all of those nice things. But I think that u should not judge a book by is cover.Cause his father do not know were he came from.

I think that Mark Twain belived that racism is worng because at frist he was with the south then he want with the uinon. So that right there can tell you that he think that slavery is worng. In the way he wotre the book is telling you don't listen to his father beause he is not that smart of a person.
